Our bars

BAR 3

The opportunity arose early in 2018, while working with Manchester City Council, a bar was required for New Cathedral Street, it had to be contemporary and reflect the feel of the Christmas Market yet also in-keeping with the high end retailers situated in this part of the city while maintaining the feel of the event. Our answer? Bar 3.

It was our biggest and most complex build to date.

Float bars

The Float bars were built for the Manchester Christmas Markets 2025 and could be seen on king street from November-December. They consist of 2 sides, Float Coffee and Cocktails and Float Craft Company.

Float Coffee and Cocktails serves coffees, hot chocolates, gin & tonic and some cocktails such as the Espresso Martini and the Drumstick cocktail.

Float Craft Company serves draught beer and cider and can serve up to 10 different products. It also typically serves wines and slushy cocktails for those really hot days.

The pair can be used together as pictured below or you can use just one of the bars on it’s own.

beer truck

Beer Truck was built in 2019 and consists of a Land Rover Defender (with a custom built Keg on the back) and a refrigerated trailer.

When using Beer Truck with the trailer we can serve up to 6 different products on draught. The trailer also contains 2 bottle coolers which are used to hold soft drinks, mixers (such as coke, lemonade and tonic), and Prosecco.

If it is a smaller event you can choose to only use the car. When only using the car we can still serve up to 4 products on draught.
