Dirty Chicken co

The Dirty Chicken Co started as a pop up unit at the Christmas markets in Manchester in 2021. In 2022 we built what you see now.

From the Chick N Rasher burger to the buffalo and ranch strips and fries, there’s something for everyone at the Dirty Chicken Co.

Frenchies

Frenchies brings an American feel, offering hot dogs with beechwood smoked brockwurst sausages in a brioche baguette, topped with your choice of nacho cheese, chilli con carne and BBQ pulled pork all with (or without) spring onions and peppers. You can also find fries and nachos with which you can also add chilli con carne and BBQ pulled pork.

Foldies

Foldies joined us as an empty unit without any equipment. Once we’d got signage and fitted it out with the equipment of our choice it was ready for its first even in June 2025.

Offering a range of folded flatbread sandwiches theres something for everyone at any time with options like the Good Morning Foldie - a breakfast sandwich with bacon, sausage, mushroom and cheese or the Halloumi Foldie - a tasty vegetarian option.
